Hi. I’m Kylie Harker.

9 years ago, I saw a gap in the business solutions market. I noticed that many businesses were struggling with outdated systems and the overwhelming task of choosing the right CRM. The result was that they had a lack of efficiency, discouraged staff and dissatisfied customers.

My experience, prior to business, was in hospitality and retail operations. This had taught me the value of looking at what was working and what wasn’t, and making the right changes to get the most out of systems and people which ultimately improved the bottom line.

When we start working with clients, we focus on four core principles: integrating their systems, streamlining their processes, enhancing their customer experience, and unlocking the value of their data. Very quickly, we can show our clients how addressing these four areas could improve their efficiency by 30%, deliver wonderful customer service and support their team’s performance.

After nine years in business, we’ve become leaders in our field, and are experts in Zoho CRM implementation, CRM training, Zoho One suite consultancy, business systems consultancy and system integration, including custom software development.
