At the same time, we prefer not to lock clients into long-term contracts with no flexibility to accommodate your changing needs. Instead, we work on a month-to-month basis, having found that this results in better outcomes for clients in both the long and short term.

Our retainer packages are tailored for businesses with ongoing needs that will benefit from pre-booking a certain number of support hours per month. These hours are guaranteed according to the package you choose.

We prioritise your urgent tasks and take care of them first, before focusing on important (but less urgent) tasks next. This ensures you always get fantastic value for money each and every month. Due to high demand, our services are often booked solid through an entire month. With a retainer package, you’re certain to always get the support you need, when you need it.

Q. What do I get with a retainer package?

Your package is tailored to address the unique needs of your business. After an initial assessment, we will determine what is most pressing and important to support your business. Your program may include:

How many hours can I book per month?

• We currently offer three plans to choose from.
• Each package is on a month-to-month basis with NO long-term contracts.
• We simply ask for 30 days notice if you choose to end the retainer.

Q: What happens if we don’t need all our support time?

If you don’t need all your support time for a given month, the remaining hours will be filled with services that are important, but not urgent. One such service is SEO.

For example, if you don’t use all your support time in a month, we would continue to enhance your website for ranking in search engines. This way you always receive valuable services for the hours you book.

Q: These programs seem to offer a lot more than just website support. Why is that?

We don’t pretend to be experts in everything either. We simply include everything we are fanatical about and do very well.

If you’re in need of other services we do not have expertise in, such as Social Media Management/Marketing, Telemarketing, Pay-Per-Click (Google Adwords etc.), Public Relations or CRM Management, we prefer to refer you to other trusted providers.

Q: What if I need more support than I’ve booked in a particular month?

If additional support will be an ongoing need, we can discuss upgrading your plan. While there are 3 standard packages available to new clients, we also offer customised larger plans for clients we already have a working relationship with.

If you only need additional support temporarily, we can offer you a single fixed quote to cover it. This way you know up front exactly what the cost will be.

Q: Can I pause my program for a month or two?

While we don’t allow for a pause in the program, you may close your program at any time with 30 days notice and no strings attached. If you ever wish to start it up again, you can simply reapply through the qualification process.
